Supplier relationships:
The quality of our products depends on the successful and sustainable cooperation with our suppliers. We monitor our suppliers for compliance with the 17 sustainability goals of the UN and encourage improvements if necessary.
Continuous improvement and process orientation:
We achieve the goals of our management system through continuous assessment and improvement of our daily activities.

Stakeholder analysis:
The fulfilment of our stakeholders’ expectations ensures our joint success in the long term. In the PLEUGER stakeholder analysis, we correlate the influences, connections and dependencies between all stakeholders and the PLEUGER company.
Our analysis covers, besides the expectation in our QM-system, the topics of human rights, working conditions, environment as well as integrity and compliance. PLEUGER requires all business contacts committing to the anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy and take all possible action to mitigate the risk of corruption.

Process orientation:
Being it waste of time, energy as well as material, all kinds of waste contribute to an increase of our carbon footprint and GHG emission. We stand in for reduction to aforesaid footprints and believe that lean processes are key to sustainability. We use the control and continuous improvement of processes and our Management system by applying the PDCA cycle:
Plan: setting objectives of the system and sub-processes and determining resources needed to achieve results in accordance with customer requirements and the organisation’s policies, as well as identifying and addressing risks and opportunities.
Do: Implementing what has been planned
Check: Monitor and (where applicable) measure processes and the resulting products and services against policies, objectives, requirements and planned activities, and report results.
Act: Take action to improve performance where necessary
Validity.
The quality policy supports the strategic orientation of the entire company and is therefore valid for all PLEUGER locations worldwide.
Documentation and storage.
The quality policy is subject to the obligation to retain documented information. In the event of a change, the previous version must always be saved. Storage shall be done for at least 3 years after the change became effective.
