International leadership experience

Christian Dreser brings more than 23 years of international leadership experience across industrial manufacturing, engineering, logistics, industrial services, retail, and private equity environments.

His expertise includes financial management, operational leadership, restructuring, ERP transformation, process optimisation, and post-merger integration. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions including Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director, Interim Executive, Advisor, and Project Lead in international organisations.
