Michael Flacks is the CEO of Flacks Group and the Chairman of Pleuger Industries. After Flacks Group acquired PLEUGER in August 2018, Michael Flacks took over the helm as Chairman, propelling the company into a new era of strategic growth and turn around.
His leadership was characterized by visionary foresight and a hands-on approach, emphasizing innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Managing Director
Dunja Simic became Managing Director of Pleuger Industries GmbH in April 2024, having been involved with the company since its acquisition by Flacks Group in 2018. With a strong financial background, she is leading PLEUGER toward a sustainable and innovative future.

After 15 years as project manager in the engineering department, since 2023 Dr. Ilva Bönicke drives Pleuger as the Head of Quality, Safety, Health & Environment forward.

With PLEUGER since 2006, and engineering department leader since 2024, focusing on delivering high-quality products through leadership and technical skills.
Edris Faez
Head of Internal Sales & Technology
Edris started in 2017 as a design engineer, advanced to Team Leader Engineering (R&D) and since 2025 he is the Head of Internal Sales & Technology.

Bozena has been part of the PLEUGER family since 2019 and contributed to the after-sales department from 2016. As Teamleader Aftermarket, she drives our company forward with her exceptional hands-on expertise and quality management since 2025.

Since 2008 Riklef Schmidt is the service expert for worldwide projects including the offshore market and today is leading the team of Service & Repairs.

Teamleader Thruster
Jan-Hendrik Eggers is the Team Leader Thruster and PLEUGER´s expert for worldwide projects in the offshore market. With his expertise he is leading the team of Thrusters and Ship drives.

Eric has been employed by Pleuger since 2018. He complements the team in his capacity as Head of Sales for the France and Africa regions.
